Once we have viewed your property, our agencies will confirm for you, in writing, the commercial estimate so that you can take the best decision.
This estimate is made without charge and with no obligation.
THE SALE'S MANDATE AND ITS MANAGEMENT
During the course of the mandate, our agencies explain to you the different methods (newspaper advertising, our shop windows, direct mailing to potential buyers already regsitered with us…) that they shall use to achieve the sale of your property as quickly and as smoothly as possible. They also tell you about your obligations as saler (such as french legal obligations : " Loi Carrez ", asbestos, lead diagnosis….).
To avoid any needless visits, they obtain detailed specifications from their prospective buyers and take them only to properties which fit their requirements, resulting in less frequent but more fruitful viewings.
THE SALE AGREEMENT
As real estate agent with an identity card, our agencies are authorised to draft the agreement, which links you to your buyer.
Furthermore, their legal training and will to be informed at any time of the legislative changes are " trump cards " to your service, which are often underestimated but which allow to lead your sale to terms in the best conditions.
Throughout the duration of the agreement and up to the authentic deed, our agencies take care to verify the financing of your buyer, stay in contact with the solicitor, and ensure good progress is made at all times.
